Come on out and support a cause! A charity started up by Kristofer Sole and Sylar Bryght known as RADA - Rockstars Against Domestic Abuse.
In an effort to gather money for this cause which will provide those people in need of aid who are suffering from domestic abuse, such as paying for psychiatric help, living expenses, and other such needs, there is a Benefit Tour being given.
It is called the International American Tour, and there will be several bands who will be performing, you don't want to miss out! Starting in Death Valley, Schrei, Waking Never, Scent of Fear, and Keys of Destruction will be putting on a grand show for all who attend!
All proceeds will go to benefit RADA. There will be t-shirts for sale which can be viewed below by clicking on the name of the band that you like! EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME. And of course, extra donations are welcome!
(This is not actually a RL event, no real money is required, just your presence! Get familiarized with some of the bands, and get to meet new characters! Come join us and have some fun!)

Alright, so here is how things are going to be done in the Benefit Concert. Since I know that its hard to do songs in a group conversation like this, my coadmin and myself have decided that we will allow each person from each of the bands perform ONE song. During this song, you will be permitted to powerplay -minorly- the other band players.
For example:
Say Emrys chooses to do Scream from Tokio Hotel, then he will be permitted to move around on stage, and mention what some of the other band members are doing, such as Alex moving to the rhythm of the beat or... grinding with his guitar. He must remain strictly with that character's personality, and may not have them do anything they would not normally do. He can not have Alex suddenly do a stage dive, because it isn't something that Alex would do.
I would suggest that you get with your band members and each of you pick songs from the band that your site band 'sounds like'. For instance, since Schrei 'sounds like' Tokio Hotel, I don't want anyone from Schrei picking a song from NeverShoutNever or Marianna's Trench. Likewise, Scent of Fear 'sounds like' Panic! At the Disco, I don't want anyone picking a Linkin' Park song. Stick with your band's descriptions.
If there are problems with the way someone has protrayed your character, then you should PM them and ask them to change it, very politely. I don't want any fighting, this is supposed to be FUN. It will give everyone a bit of a feel for the other bands and the personalities of other characters.
Before the show, some reporters are going to come back and do a little "Behind the Scenes" Each band member can make up a question or two by the reporter to their character and submit an answer. Let's try to keep it in order though, all the Schrei posts together, all the Scent of Fear posts together and so on and so forth. Right now, its a bit jumbled and that's okay, but when the reporters come in, let's see if we can't get some more organization.
If you want to have conversations "during" the performance of another band, instead of interupting their posts, I encourage you to make another thread in Death Valley with a title that relates to the concert. Then when it is time for your band to perform, you can rejoin in to the main concert thread and begin your posts. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact myself or Jack Ridge and we will try to straighten out your questions.
Above all, have fun, and show us what you've got!
