1. There is no set age range on this site, and with that being said we should all be mature but respectful of each other’s comfort levels. If you know there’s going to be a bit more heavy petting than most or some gore, simply create a continuation thread in the R-Rated section.
2. Stray away from godmodding. Remember, everyone has weaknesses. The staff reserves the right to refuse and/or request changes of characters if they feel it is appropriate.
3. Powerplaying will not be tolerated. It is the role player’s responsibility to point out when someone has over stepped. Should the person not remove the offending material, the situation escalates, or there is a repeat offender, it should then be reported to an administrator.
4. It sounds more like common sense but for the sake of everyone, please deal with one and another with common courtesy. Be respectful. If someone oversteps, there’s not need to bite off their head or begin a pissing match. Simply inform the person that what they did is wrong, and if the situation dictates it, inform an administrator. Harassment, verbal abuse, or anything of the like will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
5. No one likes a Marry-Sue or a Gary-Stu. Yes, I know, sometimes in life you do meet that rare person who is simply fabulous in every way. If you simply must be one of those characters, at least try some originality with it.
6. If it is a one-on-one or by invitation only role play, please indicate so that others do not attempt to join. If it is an open for anyone, also indicating this would be helpful.
7. This is an exceedingly gay and lesbian friendly site. Chances are, quite a few of the characters will swing that way. If you are not okay with that then this is not the site for you.
8. To avoid confusion on the site, we do have a Timeline which you will be required to post in, as well as posting the date your thread takes place at the top of your introductory post.
9. After you create your character, you must post a bio/profile (template located in Character Profile category) before you can start posting. This is just so that people who want to RP with you can know a little bit about your character, especially since a lot of characters here will be originals.
10. There will be a posting minimum of at least one full paragraph, meaning at least 5 complete sentences. No one wants to spend a lot of time on a post to get one liners and one-word posts back in response. Violation of this rule will result in a warning from an administrator, and then, depending on if it happens again, the punishments may vary.
We reserve the right to add, alter, obliterate, amend, abridge, and any other verb we can think of to do to these rules at any given time. Members will be notified when such changes are made.

A. Another note on godmodding: though a character is not allowed to harm another character without explicit permission from said character, please be as realistic as a fantasy site allows. You simply cannot block and dodge everything.
